You can restore your subscription if you’re using the same Apple ID or Google Play account that you used for the original purchase, even if you’re logged into a different Oolfa profile.
This applies when:
- You switched phones but kept the same Apple/Google account
- You reinstalled the Oolfa app
- You logged into a different Oolfa profile on the same app store account
Steps to Restore Your Subscription:
- Open the Oolfa app and log into your current or new profile
- Go to Settings
- Tap Restore Purchase
- Follow the prompts to authenticate your app store account
Once verified, your subscription will be re-linked to your current Oolfa profile.
