We understand that plans can change. While most purchases made through the Oolfa app are nonrefundable, some exceptions may apply depending on the platform you used for the purchase. This article outlines how to request a refund for Oolfa subscriptions or consumables, based on whether you made your purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Refunds for Apple App Store Purchases
If you made your purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple handles all billing and refund requests directly. Oolfa does not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds for these transactions.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Locate the Oolfa transaction in your purchase history.
- Select “Request a Refund” and choose the reason for your request.
- Submit your request and await Apple’s response.
Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision, typically within a few days.
Refunds for Google Play Store Purchases
If you made your purchase through the Google Play Store, Google manages all billing and refund requests. Oolfa cannot process refunds for these transactions.
To request a refund from Google:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon and select “Payments & subscriptions.”
- Tap “Budget & history” to view your purchase history.
- Find the Oolfa transaction and select “Request a refund.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
Alternatively, you can visit Google’s refund page for more information.
Google typically responds to refund requests within 48 hours.
Important Notes
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple and Google. Oolfa does not have the authority to override these policies.
- Timeframes: Each platform has specific timeframes within which you can request a refund. It’s advisable to submit your request as soon as possible after the purchase.
- Consumables: One-time purchases like boosts are generally nonrefundable, but you can still submit a request through the appropriate platform.
