Verifying your email ensures:

⚠️ Please note: Email verification does not give access to all app features. Some advanced tools, such as voice messaging and photo sharing, are only available with Oolfa Gold membership.
Before You Start: Quick Checklist ✅
Make sure the following are ready:
- 📱 You’ve downloaded and installed the latest version of the Oolfa app
- 📧 You’ve signed up with a valid email address
- 📶 Your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data
🔍 If you signed up using Gmail or Facebook, your email may already be verified automatically. In that case, no further action is needed.
How to Verify Your Email in 4 Steps
Step 1: Open the “Verify Your Email” Screen
After signing up using your email address, the app will direct you to the Verify Your Email screen.
Tap the “Open My Email App” button.

Step 2: Choose Your Email App
A pop-up will appear showing the email apps available on your device. Select the one you use most often (such as Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail).

Step 3: Open the Verification Email
In your inbox, look for an email from Oolfa with the subject line: “Verify Your Email Address”. Open the message and tap the “Verify Email” button inside.
This will return you to the Oolfa app and complete your email verification.

Step 4: Continue to Profile Creation
Once your email is verified, the app will guide you to begin setting up your profile.
You’ll be asked to provide:
- Your name
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Languages spoken
- Countries of origin
- A short bio
After that, you’ll proceed to upload your profile photo and build your personal photo album.

Didn’t Receive the Email?
If you can’t find the verification email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Tap “Resend Verification Email” from the app
- Ensure your device has a working internet connection
