This Child Safety Standards page applies to the Oolfa mobile application (“Oolfa” or the “App”) published by Aimn Blbol (company: Tawasol Software and Website Design) (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Oolfa is a marriage-focused application. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, and we work to keep our platform safe.

1) Zero tolerance for CSAE

Oolfa explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes any content, behavior, or attempt to sexually exploit, abuse, endanger, groom, or extort a child, and any facilitation of such activity.

Oolfa also prohibits the creation, upload, possession, request, promotion, distribution, or sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual exploitation of a minor is strictly prohibited.

If we detect or receive reports of CSAE/CSAM activity, we take enforcement action as described below.

2) Who can use Oolfa

Oolfa is intended for adults only. Users who are under the age required to use the App under applicable law are not permitted to use Oolfa.

If you believe a user is underage, please report the account immediately using the in-app reporting flow (see Section 3).

3) In-app reporting and user feedback mechanism

Oolfa provides in-app reporting so users can report accounts and conversations that may violate our policies, including suspected CSAE/CSAM.

Reporting options available in the App

Users can submit reports through:

  • Profile reporting
  • Chat-level reporting (associated with unmatching)

Report reasons supported in the App

When submitting a report, users must select a reason. Current reasons include:

  1. Bio is inappropriate
  2. Messages are inappropriate
  3. Name is inappropriate
  4. Photos are inappropriate
  5. Profile has an advertisement
  6. Profile has email or phone
  7. The user asked for money
  8. User is underage
  9. Not serious about getting married
  10. Others

Users must also provide details describing what they are reporting.

What happens after a report

We review reports, take appropriate enforcement action, and may request additional details if needed. We prioritize reports involving suspected CSAE/CSAM and underage users.

4) How we address CSAM and CSAE reports

When we receive a report (or otherwise become aware) of suspected CSAE/CSAM, we may take actions including:

  • Removing or restricting access to violating content where feasible and lawful
  • Suspending or terminating offending accounts
  • Preventing repeat abuse through additional enforcement controls where appropriate
  • Preserving relevant information as appropriate for legal compliance and to support investigations
  • Cooperating with lawful requests from competent authorities

We use this process to respond quickly and appropriately to reports involving child safety risks.

Oolfa complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or the appropriate regional authority, as required by law and jurisdiction.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.
