At Oolfa, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and authentic environment for all members of our community. To uphold this standard, we enforce our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use strictly. If a user repeatedly violates these guidelines or engages in serious misconduct, their account may be permanently banned.

Why Was My Account Banned?

There are several reasons an account may be banned on Oolfa:

  • Repeated violations of community guidelines after warnings
  • Inappropriate behavior toward other users
  • Sharing offensive or explicit content
  • Posting unauthorized advertisements or spam
  • Using fake or misleading information

Every report submitted to us is carefully reviewed by our moderation team. If there is clear evidence of misuse, we may issue a warning or, in serious cases, take immediate action and permanently ban the account.

⚠️ Note: In some cases, a ban can occur without prior warning, especially when user safety or the integrity of our platform is at risk.

What Happens After an Account Is Banned?

  • You’ll see the Account Disabled screen when trying to log in.
  • You will lose access to your messages, matches, and profile.
  • Your data will be securely removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Can I Appeal a Ban?

If you believe your account was banned by mistake, you can contact our support team through the Account Disabled screen in the app. Tap the Contact Support button and provide any relevant details to help us review your case.
